Andrew Ellul of Total property Services has been our cleaner for over 10 years and I employed him as a result of a referring friend whose large family business had been using him for many years before that. Andrew is by far the best office cleaner I have ever had – and I’ve had a few!. We currently have a landlord’s common space cleaner and the difference between the two is amazing. Andrew is everything they are not. He has been 100% reliable for the last 10 years, never missing a day or if he had to for annual leave etc, he warned us up front and made other arrangements to compensate.  He does exactly what you ask him to do every visit and highlights extras if necessary. He is a master cleaner and his personalised service is a breath of fresh air. And he is the nicest guy you could ever meet to boot. You’d be crazy not to hire him.
